Ceramics Room

The Ceramics Room, located in the rear of the Municipal Building under the arches leading to the library, is available for meeting use throughout the year. The room includes tables and chairs and a sink. Bathroom facilities are available, although can only be accessed during Recreation Center office hours.

Recreation Center Room

The Recreation Center Room, located on McLaughlin Run Road just past the Municipal Building and before the 3-Hole Golf Course, is available for use throughout the year to residents for private functions. Facilities include pool table, ping-pong table, kitchen and bathroom facilities. Also available is a covered pavilion with picnic tables which overlooks McLaughlin Run Creek and a fire circle that may be used at an additional fee.

Library Multi-Purpose Room

The Library Multi-Purpose Room, located in the lower level of the Municipal Building, directly under the library, is available for meeting use throughout the year. This room is dividable into two small rooms and includes use of tables and chairs. The bathroom facilities and water fountains are located directly across from the room.

Boyce Mayview Pavilion

The Boyce Mayview Pavilion, is surrounded by Boyce Mayview Park's many amenities. With 475 acres of natural beauty, ball fields, natural surface walking trails, Chartiers Creek and the upcoming Grand Opening of the Community Recreation Center this pavilion is sure to be the most sought after. Electrical and water are currently not offered at this facility although they are proposed for the future.

Please contact Recreation and Leisure Services at 412.831.9000 ext. 256 for usage requests, fees and availability of these facilities. An online application form, which contains the regulations, is available to print for your convenience. However, you should contact the Recreation Department to verify room availability prior to scheduling your event. You may mail in the application or bring application in person to the Recreation offices at 1820 McLaughlin Run Rd. A permit will be mailed within two weeks of rental confirmation.

• A fee of $100.00 will be charged for use of a band or DJ due to electrical requirements.
• Local Community Group is defined as a group comprised of 90% or more Upper St Clair residents.
• Non-Community Group is defined as a group comprised of less than 90% Upper St. Clair residents.

A refundable security deposit of $300.00 is required for the use of the Recreation Center, Multi-Purpose Rooms and Boyce Mayview Pavilion for specific requests for all private parties or profit organizations.
